These visits are not simply property tours. They provide a relaxed and informative introduction to North Cyprus, its people, culture, legal system and day to day living. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover different areas including Kyrenia and its historic harbour, Bellapais village and monastery, the coastline and beaches, Korineum Golf and Beach Resort, as well as local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and international schools including The English School of Kyrenia and British Necat School.

How we support you
We assist you throughout your visit by helping to organise:
- Airport transfers

- Clear advice on the purchase process, taxes and legal steps
- Information about living in North Cyprus, including schools, healthcare and everyday life
All travel and accommodation costs are paid directly by you.
If you choose to proceed with a property purchase through Landmark Estates, we contribute towards your travel expenses by reimbursing £200 per person, up to a maximum of two people.
What to expect during your visit
Our consultation visits are typically arranged over three days, allowing you time to view your pre selected properties, explore different areas of North Cyprus and gain a clear understanding of both the locations and the buying process without feeling rushed.
During your time with us, we will:
- Meet you and confirm your viewing schedule
- Show you the shortlisted properties already selected based on your criteria
- Visit different towns and neighbourhoods so you can compare areas and lifestyle
- Arrange second viewings of any properties you particularly like
- Clearly explain the purchase process, costs and legal steps
- Introduce you to an independent solicitor if you wish, who can explain the legal process and arrange a Power of Attorney if required. Appointing a solicitor or arranging a Power of Attorney does not commit you in any way to purchasing a property with Landmark Estates. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase
- Assist with practical arrangements such as opening local bank accounts and helping you get everything set up smoothly during your stay
Our role is simply to guide and support you, so you can make the right decision in your own time.
